Curtis M. Spencer (Curt) is a native of Sumter, SC and serves on the South Carolina Conservation Bank Board. He has served on the Clemson Master Tree Farmer Program and the Congaree Land Trust.  In addition to that, he has classroom and field postgraduate training in various forestry and real estate subjects. Curt has over 20 years of experience in selling rural property. 

Not only is Curt a licensed Real Estate Salesman in South Carolina, but he is also licensed in North Carolina and Georgia.  Curt's passion is helping people find the perfect tract to meet their needs. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and fishing.
